<p>I'm ready to submit my common app to schools but when I click the print preview button in safari it just reloads the page and does nothing.</p>
<p>In firefox it tries to print preview but then tells me an unknown error has occurred. What am I supposed to do?</p>

<p>Turnoff the popup in Safari. Firefox has been incompatible for me on Common App. I guess Common App needs to be fixed to cooperate better with other browsers.</p>

<p>the weird thing is that the quick print thing (which is also a popup) seemed to work fine… (while the popup blocker was on)</p>
<p>It also works fine in Firefox, you just need to turn off the pop up blocker. Temporarily, or for the commonapp site itself.</p>
<p>Well for some reason, whenever I use Firefox to sign on Common App, I get “a fatal error has occured” or something like that. I tried using an older version of Firefox but same thing happened.</p>
<p>Yes I had the same exact problem and when I read the title of the thread I thought “well that person must be using Safari…” sure enough… hahaha</p>
<p>I just used firefox and when I got that notification that a popup had been blocked, it hit me that that’s what the problem was</p>
