Career potential In MES/ Arabic double major

So, I am considering majoring in Middle Eastern studies and Arabic. My goal is to work in the CIA clandestine services.
I would like to know;

  1. How hard is it to get a job in this area?
  2. What else can I do to make myself a good candidate for this career path
  3. What other Jobs could I get with a MES/Arabic major, and what qualifications do they have.
    Also, as some background info, I am 15, already have online college credit, and I am applying this summer to start next winter at the university. I plan on getting my bachelors degree at 18, then go on a two year mission, for my church, in a foreign country. Will that foreign living experience help me when applying for the CIA? After returning from my mission, I would like to get a masters degree in MES, potentially in a foreign country. I would also be open to adding an additional critical language.
