Hey, I am waiting for the decision letter from Carleton and was wondering if they send a letter (hard copy) to both rejected/accepted applicants or
only to accepted ones.

Accepted students will get a large envelope with the famous blue folder. Waitlists and rejections will receive a standard sized letter. Both sent in the mail (in the US).
