I'm thinking of majoring in Economics, but I'm also going to try and study Math. NYU offers a pretty unique major combining both Economics and Mathematics. The other alternative I could try and do is minoring in Math.

Is the Economics and Mathematics major very difficult and is it almost like double majoring? Would it be considerably easier to just major in Economics and minor in Math? The Economics and Mathematics major sounds interesting, but I don't know many people who have done it.

Advice?
