Hello everyone!!

I love NYU and have dreamed to go there for soooo long now. I was just wondering which program I should apply for?? My two that I am debating are CAS politics and Stern Finance. If anyone could help me out that would be great!!!!

Thanks!!

If you have been following the threads here, there is general consensus that a Stern Finance degree will likely result in a solid income upon graduation with your bachelors degree (allowing you to pay off your Stern education in a reasonable amount of time if you have to take out loans), compared to many other undergrad specializations at NYU.

While the NYU CAS Political Science is considered top-notch, it is math-oriented and you are likely to have to go on for graduate studies or have to be really fortunate in networking to get an OK job upon graduation with the degree.

Besides economical concerns (a major concern), then it is up to you to decide which field is more meaningful and fulfilling for you personally.

If you can get into Stern, go to Stern. It is a much stronger financial decision.

If you can get into stern, do Stern.
