<p>so i rsvped for the cas reception online even though it said something at the top about you needing to call. it worked, though and sent me a confirmation. do you think this is ok? am i really rsvped? did anyone else do it online?</p>
<p>also on the rsvp thing it made it seem like it was something for prospective students. nyu is so strange about these things.</p>

<p>at the top of the page where you can rsvp online it says "Please note that these receptions are not full. At this time, we are experiencing technical difficulties with our online reservation system. To RSVP for any of these events, please call 212-998-4524."</p>

<p>Why would you not take the 5 minutes to call? You've nothing to lose by doing it, and the people in admissions are usually super nice</p>

<p>I RSVP'd online, I think the calling thing was just in the beginning where they still had last year's dates up and the website was screwed up...the receptions for the 7th and 17th said "full" when they really weren't, so you had to call then. But now that they say "open" I think you can RSVP online without a problem. I am also going on the 17th in the afternoon.</p>
