After much impatience on my part, I have finally decided to post a few questions.
First off, has anyone else not had all of their materials checked off on Albert yet? I’ve heard that it takes time for them to update it, but I am beginning to get a bit nervous.
Also, does anyone have any information on how important extracurriculars are? I do not have the most competitive college or HS GPA, but I landed an internship with CBS News doing junior reporting for the election. I am heavily involved in broadcast journalism and really stressed that in my app.
I currently go to Indiana University Bloomington and have to transfer back to NY because of an array of family problems. Hoping for the best! NYU has always been a dream of mine.
