Casa Zimbabwe....Should I wait for a quieter co-op or keep CZ for this Spring?

if you need a quiet place to live, you can check out my apartment. I’m trying to move out next semester. It is only around $600 a month and is on northside. PM me if you want more details

It’s very often that parent’s help their kids move in. And generally the house is pretty well behaved, but I can’t promise anything. You should get an e-mail from our house manager with his phone number telling you to call him when you get here to give you keys. If you want a tour when you get here, there’s a good chance he’ll give you one, or if not, advice you to someone who will. Once you have keys you are free to move around the house how you want.

All of the doors have handles that have the type of locks that you push in to lock the handle, which people use day-to-day, and then there is also a deadbolt. Most people don’t dead bolt their doors unless we are having a party and there is the chance of sketchy people wandering around the house, or when they are sexiling their roommates.

Stuff does not usually get stolen. The first room I lived in, me and my roommates hardly ever locked the door, and nothing ever got taken. Occasionally sketchy people manage to break into our house though, and that is when things get stolen. We had one case of robbery this semester, and people saw the guy who managed to get into one person’s room and take some **** as he jumped out of the window to get away. So basically I’m saying that you don’t need to worry about your housemates stealing stuff, but you do need to be aware that sometimes sketchy people get in the house.
