Hi! 
So I’ve narrowed down my options to just case western and rutgers;
They’re providing the most financial aid and I think they’re both pretty decent colleges. Rutgers is still slightly cheaper, though.
I want to go into Astronomy/Physics, and I was wondering which one of those would be a better choice. They’re equally far from my home so distance won’t make a difference. Any suggestions? I need to make a decision before April 1st 
Once I’m done with Undergraduate (during which I will work really really hard and hope to graduate with honors!), I do want to apply to some top tier schools like Cambridge, Oxford, and UC Berkeley for my graduate degree. Which one of those colleges are more likely to provide easier access and recognition with those universities?
