I will be taking the SAT in November and currently have 1540/1600 on M and CR, but I unfortunately have a 690 on my writing section. Excuse me while I go and vomit.

While I got a 10 on the essay, I also got 5 questions wrong. However, upon receiving the test booklet and upon checking my mistakes, I realized that 3, yes 3, of those 5 were no errors that I marked as errors. Excuse me for finding errors in College Boards awkward ass phrasing.

Please, could someone enlighten me with a trick or two for finding no errors? Personally, I have noticed that test writers like to throw around verb tenses that are all grammatically sound but eye catching for the test taker.
