Here is my post from the general internship section:

I am going to be a sophomore in college this coming fall and am debating whether to leave my current school and transfer to another. With my current situation I am a commuter student and have an internship job with a great employer near my home. My boss never stops telling me that I can work here during my 4 years in school and then after 4 years they will offer me a job and how she wants me to be all trained and prepared, etc. Here's the dilemma: If I transfer I won't be able to keep this job, as I will be relocating to that school's campus which is about 1.5 hours away from here. Should I stay here for four more years or transfer.

BTW- I absolutely do not like my current school and I really don't want to pursue a carrer in what I am doing right now.

I want to go into investment banking/PE/hedge funds and if I transfer it will be to Michigan State University. Should I transfer and try to get internships down the road at Ibanks, etc. or stay with my current school and situation and have 4 years experience + job offer at my current employer which I most likely will not accept?

Thanks!
