Capiz shell? Natural material and coastal.

I think that’s lighter and airier and won’t be damaged by the humidity of San Diego. Nice find!
I pasted the image in the Google search box and got a lot of suggestions. These options look pretty close but you have to create an account to see the price, which I’m not willing to do.
@VeryHappy i did a quick view of a few…and they are expected to arrive in two months…
Is this owner going to have macrame plant hangers too?
@thumper1 – With the way this project is going, that two-month timeframe should work out perfectly.
This is a capiz shell chandelier similar in shape to the wood bead one. I really like the capiz shell over the wood beads. It’s lighter feeling. And it has gold which combines her other wish. $673
Of the wood bead ones I like coral brooks options much better.
If you want to go down a total rabbit hole look up seaglass chandeliers.
frosted glass beads in about same size and shape
The Serena Lily Del Ray Chandelier linked above just went on sale yesterday for half off. I sent that to her as a choice. As of this morning I have taken down a chandelier in my house and have to transport it carefully (it’s all glass balls) and hold it up for her at lunch today.
Hopefully today I can get her to finally bless the 15th wall color paint sample, select some direction for lighting and bless the hall bathroom floor tile. She panicked the other night because she is worried that her hall bathroom floor tile choice (really large) will not look good with the new countertops installed yesterday.
So, now I had to hold off tile guy and waste time laying everything out for her to view. Normally she can only come on weekends, but I told her I just cannot wait a whole week to continue laying down tile so she’s going to try to come over at lunch hour. It is impossible to tell the tile guy “Oh Sorry, you have to go away for a week and please come right back on Monday” They are going to go off to another job and you are at their mercy of when they will ever come back.
Wow! Just Wow!
I can’t believe all of the changes, orders, indecision and waste of time! Floor mats vs. $200-300k! Is this person lucid?
Our flood was at end of September. We decided to redo all of our bathrooms since the quartz was “available” and we just wanted everything streamlined.
Demo and plumbing have been completed. Electrical has been checked. AC has been checked.
Our cabinet order, sinks, faucets, tile, rain shower head, drawer pulls all finally came in and has taken residence in our garage. Thankfully the contractor has checked all of the measurements and we’re good to go. Permits are “in process”. Waiting on lighting and mirrors to come in. Quartz order has been “delayed”.
It’s the husband that is now thinking of a couple of changes and is meeting with the contractor on Friday! (I’m going to help my daughter move out of her apartment). He’d better not make style changes-everything’s been ordered for 3 bathrooms! bath remodel supplies 2021|666x500
You are a saint. If I saw the chandelier on sale I’d just buy it and tell her it’s a done deal.
Based on her own preferences, I doubt the owner will like the Del Ray based on the shape. Looks kind of droopy to me.
I found one of the Made Goods chandeliers on another site and it’s $2200.
This one combines gold and natural materials with a “coastal flair”. Stil expensive but not as much.

If she likes your light, maybe she’d like this:
Maybe you could scare her into decision by saying you install a low-budget/interim fixture if she does not decide soon.

LOL I’ve run across oyster shell chandeliers. I could do that for nothing!
Ok, lamp finders, I am looking for something that looks like this, but instead of a cloth shade to get nasty dirty dusty, I’d rather see that shade be glass that can be cleaned:

This is why on all the home shows, the designer, designs and surprises the client.
I would love that!
Does it have to be bronze?
Bronze/black is ideal for a place with a Southwest theme, right?
