Some sticky posts at the top of categories intended to explain the category’s purpose have only placeholder text. For example:

How exactly is this different than the other categories we already have? What should topics in this category generally contain? Do we need this category? Can we merge with another category, or subcategory?

This example is for a category about pre-med considerations for high school students. Perhaps it should be renamed “High School Student Pre-Med Topics” so that it does not attract general high school student topics.
