<p>Um, something tells me that you aren't the cream of the crop that Columbia is looking for. This is one of those exceptions to the "no question is a dumb question" rule. To the extent that it isn't a dumb question, 2-3 minutes of google research could answer the question.</p>
<p>SEAS = School of ENGINEERING and APPLIED SCIENCE. Why would you possibly think that Int'l Relations and/or Psychology would fall into SEAS?</p>
<p>And, there's no Int'l Relations major at Columbia.</p>
