Does anyone know what the core/required courses for Duke are?

Pratt: http://www.pratt.duke.edu/academics/undergrad_reqs.php

Trinity: http://www.aas.duke.edu/trinity/t-reqs/degreereqs.html (more links at the bottom)

thanks, i noticed that Duke requires only two of this or two of that in a specific area, but is religion or theology specifically required in any of the programs?

I don't think so, unless you're majoring in one of those fields? I really don't know.

For majors outside of Religion those classes arent required (there might be a major here or there that requires a specific religion class). If they interest you they can count towards Trinity's core cirriculum as Civilization, Cross Cultural Inquiry, Ethical Inquiry classes if they are labelled as them. (And a lot are --- http://www.siss.duke.edu/schedule/1115/RELIGION )
Im not sure how Pratt counts them. They might count them as humanities but Im not positive how that works.
btw Duke doesnt have a religious affiliation anymore. (In case youre wondering why a school doesnt require a theology class even though it has an affiliation)

thanks for the replies, they were really helpful :)
