Certification of Finances Form. Help!!!

I'm from Brazil and I'm applying as a transfer student to Trinity College. I'm also applying for fin aid and I'm required to fill out the Certification of Finances form, but I'm having trouble doing so!

Although my parents do have a savings account, all the amount my parents can support will come from their personal income alone. However, they ask me the amount of money that'll be available from their savings account as well as the signature of bank official. So, should I fill out this information with a 0 (like the CSS profile) or a N/A, or should I just leave it blank? Thanks!

Unfortunately your parents savings will be considered when determining your financial need. It is expected that they will assume some of the burden of paying for your education, and their savings is considered an asset.

I know that my parents savings will be considered when determining my financial need, but the CoF askes the amount my parents will support from their savings account. However, the balance of their savings account is too low and will be used to pay my family’s expenses and therefore no money will come from their savings account. The money that will be available for my education will come from their personal income. So considering that my parents won’t be able to use the money of their savings account, could I leave this field blank?
