<p>hey oberlin college reps, i have afew questions</p>

<p>1.Is the certification of finances necessary for me to receive a college decision</p>

<ol>
<li><p>If it is, and I submit it by the 7th of march, will I still be considered for admission </p></li>
<li><p>will it affect my chances of getting a scholarship if I am qualified for one.</p></li>
<li><p>Can I get an interview as an intl student(Nigerian).</p></li>
</ol>
