CFA-Risk or No Risk; what about score?

During the summer, actually during the Boys' State of NY 07, I have broken my clavicle (aka collarbone). I was diagnosed not to do any sport activities for up to six weeks. However, it took me about 9 weeks to recover, but still I have problem with lifting. The accident happened on the last week of June.

so.. what I concern is that at the USMA SLS 07, I have passed CFA with the stats of the following:

Push up: 56
Shuttle run: 8.2
pull up: 5
1 mile run: 6:32
Sit up: 62
Basketball throw: 62

I really would like to improve my CFA score, but due to unprecedented injury, I am unable to improve on my CFA score, since CFA exam is needed to be done early. not enough time to recover and regain my strength...

so, since I already passed CFA at USMA SLS, do you guys think my CFA score from SLS would be okay for the admission? Or are those my stats not good to be considered as a good score for CFA and admissions??

What should I do?? I am worried so much..... SAT and ACT are already giving me so much pressure...

Have you passed your DODMERB physical yet?

I would be more worried about that than the CFA, which you say you already passed.

dychang: I'm sorry that you are injured. If you have passed the CFA and are unable to take it again because of your injury, then the decision is made for you. Move on and concentrate on getting your other requirements completed. Luigi59 is right. You will need documentation to prove that you have no residual effects from your fractured clavicle to pass your DoDMERB exam and get medically qualified for WP.
Good luck!

I have no residual effects from my fractured clavicle (I can do as many push ups as I can and play golf and so on), and I am scheduled to take DODMERB physical on Sept. 6th. What kind of documentation do I need to prove that I am okay with my injury? Or is it okay to show doctor that I am just fine by doing push ups in front of him??

"However, it took me about 9 weeks to recover, but still I have problem with lifting."
"I have no residual effects from my fractured clavicle"

I'm confused, do you have a problem lifting or not?

When you have your DoDMERB exam you will need to tell them about the fracture and they will likely request additional medical information (remedial). The documentation they ask for is usually in the form of x-rays and medical status letters from your doctor, physical therapist etc.
The best advice I can give you is to follow DoDMERB instuctions (asap) and be honest when you give your medical history.
Good luck!

Thank you, Ann. I will just follow whatever DODMERB tell me to do. I really don't know what is going to happen, but I believe that I have no problem passing DODMERB since my injury is getting better rapidly week by week. I thank you again for your concerns.

What I meant my by lifting was lifting weights over 100lb. Sorry about confusions. But there are no limitations of performance.
