Ya... my sat score sucks. Please, be realistic as much as you want!

I think you CAN get away with lower SAT scores if you ED. So you have a shot. ECs are great! And the AdComs have said that high SAT II scores, which you have, can compensate for lower SAT scores.

I’m on your boat too cause my ACTs are a point below the median. But my SAT IIs are pretty good and so are my ECs. So hopefully it turns out for the better for the both of us.

For the most part, you look like a solid applicant, but that SAT reading score could hurt you.
And just for clarification, you are not considered a legacy, “kinda” or otherwise. That designation pertains to siblings, parents and grandparents.

the more i think about my chance, the more i realize that i won’t get in…

I think you’re in. Your SAT IIs are great, your ECs are good and diverse and you have shown leadership. The only variable is the school to which you are applying to - if you are applying to Weinberg, then the SAT CR will be a disadvantage; if you are applying to McCormick Engineering, your Math SAT will be viewed as more relevant.

shiet… haha i applied to weinberg

bump bump**!!??~!

I think you have a decent shot, your test scores will hurt you though in the long run…
