Chance a 3.6/2120 student for economics? NYU/USC/UC's...

Hey everyone, I'm going to be a senior and I want to see what chances I have at a couple schools I'm thinking of applying to.

Unweighted GPA: 3.602/4.0
Weighted GPA: 3.9 (or something around that)
SAT I: 2120 (710/720/710)
ACT: 31
Rank: School doesn't rank
Ethnicity: White
Location: Texas

EC's: I consider them okay (internships at large medical school in the area, captain of mock trial team, started a business raising over $50k for low income families and victims of abuse)

Undergraduate major: Economics

What are my chances for schools such as:

USC
LMU
Santa Clara
NYU
Claremont Mckenna
University of Washington
Ohio State
University of Texas
UC Davis/Santa Barbara/San Diego
Purdue
University of Wisconsin - Madison

My biggest problem is my GPA (I know, looking back I wish I tried harder to get at least a 3.8). My SAT is alright (98th percentile or so), but I'm worried that my GPA will hold me back for schools like USC/NYU/CMC. What are my chances? Thanks in advance.
