Chance a Cauc-Asian!

Thanks so much in advance! :)

Senior from Connecticut Small Private Pre-K-12 Day School
Half-Japanese, Half Caucasian (Cauc-Asian, as I call it.)
Dual America / Japan Citizenship

3.96 UW GPA, No class rank (BTW, my only B's were in 2 half-credit music classes. LAME.)
ACT Composite: 33 (35 Writing, 35 Math, 34 Reading, 27 Science) ... retaking in Sept.
AP Exams: Junior year: USH (4), Bio (5), English Lang (5), Japanese (5) Senior year: AB Calc, Chem, French, English Lit.

Extracurricular Activities/Leadership: Proctor of Science Building, Newspaper Ed-in-Chief, Yearbook Ed-in-Chief, Literary Magazine Ed-in-Chief, Amnesty President, French Club President, Varsity Tennis & Volleyball. (I've done all the activities for at least 3 years except for Science Building, which is just a senior thing)

Awards/Honors:
Bausch & Lomb Honorary Science Award, Cornell Book Award, Outstanding Citizenship Award (from my school), Russian Poetry Recitation Contest - 2nd Place (State-wide), French National Honor Society

Community Service:
I volunteer a lot for my school. On average, it's about 2 hours a week that I volunteer for random (or not-so-random) things, like joining committees, setting up for events, being a tour guide at open houses, being a tour guide during the school day, and others.

Work: 100+ hours this summer assembling some specialty electronics, stamping cases, cutting wires, and doing other things of that sort. Nothing very exciting.

Other stuff I should mention:
- Fluent in Japanese - Have visited Japan many times - I feel like both CT and Japan are my homes.
- Have studied French, Arabic, Russian, and Spanish in school. I love languages!
- I'm interested in double-majoring in Linguistics and Biology/Biochemistry. (or Japanese and Biological Sciences at schools without Linguistics)
- My mom is Asian but doesn't care if I go to college or not! I'M NOT KIDDING. Really though, I don't think I'm one of those stereotypical Asian kids (not that there's anything wrong with them), and I'm really hoping colleges can see that. I'm marking myself down as Biracial with Caucasian and Asian. (Oh, and I have really curly hair. Off-topic!)

Can you chance me at these places, please? :) (This isn't my entire list; this is most of the reach schools on it.)

Brown (Maybe ED. It's my top choice. It's amazing!), Stanford , Tufts, Duke, Georgetown, Carnegie Mellon, Boston College, Johns Hopkins, Emory

Also, I have some questions.

1) I've heard that being a dual citizen can help because it means you can technically add to their international student percentage while not draining out the college's financial aid supply. (International students don't get US funding so they use the college's money.. something like that..) Does anyone know if there is any truth behind this? Is being a dually the closest thing I have to a "hook"?

2) Part of my heritage is Spanish and my last name is even Spanish. Can I mark myself down as Hispanic from Spain? It's not like it's lying, but I don't know...

3) Will going ED at Brown help me at all? I've heard that it doesn't really make a difference for a school like Brown, but I'm not sure. I'm still trying to figure out what I should do for ED/RD.

THANK YOU SO MUCH! You are all wonderful people with great futures ahead of you. :)
