Chance a confused/anxious sophomore for BS-MD Programs?

Hi everyone! I'm a high school sophomore with the hope of becoming a radiologist. So far my credentials are the following:
-Congressional debater (National alternate two years in row, also captain)
-Flutist (A Band, gold medalist for 6 years at state level)
-Tennis (#1 JV Freshman year, hopefully Varsity this year)
-Member of key club, quiz bowl, German club
-GPA UW: 3.94
-GPA W: 4.24
-Rank 11 out of 554
-Volunteer at local hospital for two years in a row
-Taught underpriveliged children in India last summer
-Hopefully shadowing a radiologist this summer
-SAT score: 2100 (definitely will take again)
-ACT score: 32
-Probably will go for the IB Diploma
-Taking 1 AP currently, and taking 5 junior and 5 senior year

So honestly with my progress in high school so far, do you think there is any chance for me to get into a BS-MD program? I've been looking into Northwestern HPME and Brown PLME. The Rice/Baylor 8 year is another choice of mine. Also, if there is something I am greatly lacking in EC's or anything else, please let me know. Please be honest... thank you so much!!

Hi, I am a current undergrad at Northwestern. I didn’t apply for the HPME program, but I know a bunch of people who did and got in. Looking at your profile, your ec’s are stellar. Just keep on doing them. about your grades, try to bump your ranking up a bit and I know avg. ACT was a 34 for the program (don’t know about SAT) so consider taking a prep class or take the ACT again. I think the interview will be the wild card, so you’ll have to think up some ORIGINAL answers (not i want to be a doctor to help people).

BUT, even if you don’t get in the HPME program, consider going to the school. You could get a 3.3 GPA and still have better than a 50% chance of getting in med school and if you get a 3.5 GPA (the national average for pre-med students) you have a 75% chance of getting in.

Relax, though, you’re only a sophomore. Worry about college admissions junior year, just focus on your ec’s and school work and you’ll be fine : )
