Your GPA is the biggest weakness. Without a solid hook, entering into the ED round you will almost certainly be toast. However they do like steady improvement over time. If you can get all As in your first term of senior year, then save your application for the RD round. The most recent set of grades will be fresh in the minds of the committee members.
