Chance a junior for upper level universities (Ivies, Wash U, Tufts)

My school (500 kids/graduating class) usually sends a half-dozen kids to the Ivies and then a ton more to second tier college. It's a pretty crazy school: The average AP score is a 4.5 for nearly every class, and we usually place in the top couple at all academic extracurriculars.

Income Bracket: 250k+ (Not applying for aid)
Race: I'm 100% Indian (from India), and it is obvious from my name.
Gender: Male
Location: Northeast

Standardized tests:
SAT: 2310: 800 CR, 790 M, 720 W (10e)
Bio E: 770
Math 2c : 800
US History: 800
I took the SAT just once, in December. I took Biology in Freshman year, and I took Math 2 and USH in January.

Weighted GPA: 4.0/5.0 It might go up this year to about a 4.15, but Freshman year was a killer. That puts me at about the 85th percentile in a school that is ridiculously competitive (and does not grade inflate one bit). This is made up of mostly honors classes, with the exception of English.

APs: I am taking APUSH, Biology, Statistics, and GovPol (self-studied) this year. My school does not let you take AP exams before junior year I took an old practice test from each of them over the past week, and I expect to easily be able to get a 5 in all of them. Next year, I will be taking BC Calculus, Euro, and Physics C: Mechanics

Extracurriculars in school:
Academic Decathlon team (11-12): Our team has traditionally made it to Nationals every year, and this year is no exception. We will probably be getting top 10, and I should be able to medal in math if my scores stay the same from the state meet
Envirothon (9-12): A competitive event where each town works to improve a specific focus area in their town. We have been responsible for the cleaning up of a local park, installation of solar panels, and more
Science Olympiad (9-12): Pretty standard. We are going to Nationals this year, and I am a member of the Nationals team. I also plan to be an officer next year (Senior-only position)
School newspaper (11-12): I am the junior layout editor this year, and next year I should be the Chief Layout editor.
National Honors Society (12): Pretty standard.

Out of school:
I have a job at a local tutoring center, which takes up about 10 hours a week. I also do quite a bit of volunteering in the summer; I logged 400 hours last summer at a local science museum and at the long-term wound care center of a hospital and I plan to repeat that this summer.
Recommendation: Pretty good ones from my APUSH and Biology teachers. I cannot say that they will be outstanding, but probably very solid.
Essay: My writing is pretty solid, and I know what I am going to write about, so I believe that this will come out fine.
Planned major: Biology, with a minor in history

I’d say you would definitely get in at u washington…the others i think you have a good chance. You’re ec’s will really help with that.
