I'm currently a junior in high school, and want to get into UW:

Ethnicity: Asian-American
GPA (through first semester of junior year): 3.74
PSAT: 206 (eligible for NMSC)
SAT scores will be available June 22 (hoping for a 2100 or better, 1900 just to be on the extremely safe side)

Current grades for second semester:

Spanish 3: B
AP Calc: C- (MIGHT drop down to a D :( )
Chemistry: A
AP US History: C+
AP Biology: B
AP Lit: B+

Planning to complete 4 seasons each of XC and Track

Currently have 40 logged hours of community service through NHS (planning to have 60 by the end of senior year)

I'm worried about my calc and ush grades, although I did get Bs in both classes first semester. I'm hoping for at least a 3 on the calc exam, because my teacher will adjust grades depending on how we did. My Bio teacher also gives us As for both semesters if we get a 3 or better (which I am confident I did), so that should help my GPA a little bit. I plan to major in Pre-Med. How badly will those Cs affect my admission chances? Part of the reason behind my grades this semester was the loss of a close friend by suicide, something I will include in my admission letter.

Also, I'm not taking math next year, since I'm taking AP Psych in favor of AP stats. Will this matter, even though I will have gone through AP calc?

Thank you! :)
