Chance a new CCer? ;)

I'm a current junior girl.

The Major: Theatre/performance studies with a possible english minor

The Stats:
3.91 unweighted GPA
34 composite ACT+writing (perfect 36 on the english section)
Taking the SAT this saturday but will most likely just submit ACT scores
Full-IB diploma candidate:
HL History, English, and Chem
SL Math, Spanish, and Art History
+AP calc
National Honor Society

The ECs:
4 years in play production at my school (one of only 4 to ever make it in as an incoming freshman)
2 high school musicals
Regular columnist for our school's student run editorial/opinion magazine
2yrs cross country
1 yr track
7yrs Ultimate Frisbee
Last summer I did a 6 week acting intensive through Cornish College of the Arts/Seattle Children's Theatre
This summer I'm attending the IB world student conference, performing in The Laramie Project at the Seattle Children's theatre, and working on my extended essay
I volunteer for NARAL Pro-choice America and for my local community theatre
I've held a job bussing tables/prep cooking at a local italian restaurant
2yrs swing dance club (haha that's more just for fun but I'll put it on anyways)

The Schools (need to do a little more narrowing):
Yale (My "yeah, right" school), Brown, Vassar, Pomona, Columbia, Northwestern, Occidental, Sarah Lawrence, Hampshire, Lewis and Clark, Drew, University of Washington (My economic fallback)

Those are roughly in order of how much of a dream I think they are. I know Vassar isn't quite as selective as Pomona and Columbia, but I feel like Vassar is a better fit, so it's higher on my list.

So chance me please? You can chance as many or as few as you'd like, I just figured I'd throw my entire list out there :) I can try to chance back, but as I said I'm new here so I may not have a very good idea of chances. Thanks! :D

I’m afraid my ECs are too focused on theatre… I don’t really know how to get more academic ECs in though, I barely sleep as it is thanks to IB haha…

If you’re theatre orientated, then it should be fine that you’re not focused on something like math or science.

Alright cool. Also, is my ACT score good enough to submit, or should I focus on the SAT based on the colleges I’m interested in? I’m taking the SAT this saturday, but my PSAT scores weren’t stellar and I can’t afford to take a class, my parents refuse to pay for things like the SAT and IB/AP tests and whatnot :-/
