Thanks for your opinions.. :-) Any questions please ask...

no chances?!

Is my formatting THAT bad?

I'll chance back...

your scores are amazing! the only problem with academics is that i think your AP count is low. after AP testing junior year, the avg AP tests completed is 4-6 for HYPS and you only have two.
Your ECs are very focused in math, science, languages which is good because it seems you have a deep interest in those subject fields.
I don't see any volunteer hours or community service so I would really do some of that senior year just so you seem more well rounded.

Harvard: High Reach
MIT: High Reach
Brown: Match
Dartmouth: Match
BU: Safety
Northeastern: Safety

I think you have really good chance at MIT since you are really math/science focused and your ECs in those areas are amazing.
I also think Harvard is still a high reach (higher reach than MIT) just because it's Harvard and you don't have that many APs (does your school offer more?). I go to a small school (620 people) and many top people take around 12 APs when our school only offers around 16. You also don't have many ECs that "give back to the community" like volunteer hours.

Thanks, peach snapple!
Um my school is kind of wierd. Most juniors (even Ivy Admits) take max 2 Ap's junior year. We're on a block schedule and have a TON of prereqs.
Also, we have funky things like a 4 year track in AP math and same for AP Spanish (wierd right?) I'm in both.
But adcoms at schools are familiar with my school, cuz it's so wierd.

And I do do community service, it is on my school transcript, but it is just not a big part of my resume, you know?

again, thanks for the chances... and cool username.

Thanks!

Yeah, adcoms do know the quirks about each school...i just wasn't sure if your school offered more..
I think you have a great chance at any school! your resume is definitely impressive!
Good Luck!

Ummm...peach I think you underestimate Brown and Dartmouth,

Harvard: 35% - Reach
MIT - 40% - Reach
Brown - 55% Slight Reach
Dartmouth - 55% Slight Reach
Brandeis - In w/ money
Boston University - In w/ money
Northeastern (dad has worked there for 20+ years) - In w/ Money

My only suggestion is that you have a big drop between Dartmouth/ Brown and the schools under them with no matches. I would consider adding Tufts as a match at a minimum (seems like you want places within a couple hours of Boston).

Congrats on your successes thus far, with a 2310 and your ECs Northwestern and Boston University are good matches/safeties. The IVY Leagues are seriously based on luck sometimes. I would also look into schools like UC Berkeley and Rice. Good Luck and chance me when you can. Thanks!

Seriously, if your school sends aout 5 to Harvard every year I think you pretty much have it. Your SAT's an GPA are phonomenal, and your EC's are pretty nice. I can say with certainty that you will get in to at least one of Harvard, MIT, Brown, or Dartmouth.

Ya, good idea slipper, I think I'll maybe add Tufts...
Thank you guys...
and now to chance sts_9191....
