Chance a prospective transfer student

Harvard is accepting transfer students for the 2010-2011 school year and I was wondering if someone could chance me.

I had a 3.0 in high school with a 28 ACT which I think in conjunction will really hurt me. I never tried in high school and I'm really regretting it now. Also, I'm not sure if this matters but I went to an IB school ranked in the top 5 in the country. Currently, I have a 4.0 GPA at Michigan State. I took 17 credits both semesters and several honors classes.

I'm on the E-Board of 2 organizations, I volunteer, I'm doing a full time internship and a part time internship this summer, and I'm in the co-founder of a local magazine.

Do I have a realistic shot at Harvard (or for that matter any of the Ivies)?

Last I heard, Harvard still isn’t taking transfers:

The Crimson hasn’t said anything either.
