^^^^^^^ bump

Safety at StonyBrook, Binghamton, Match at NYU, Reach at all the Ivy/Near Ivies, No idea about the other few smaller places. Google their stats, and compare.

There’s nothing here that you don’t know already, the Ivies are reaches for everyone, but because you don’t have perfect SATI or IIs, it’s a quite high reach for you.

^ Agreed.
However she is a URM. That alone will give her MUCH HIGHER chances.

Being completely honest though, I wouldn’t bother with any of the ivies with a 590 writing. Even a 700 is iffy.

Should I submit just ACT or SATs, ACTs and Subject Tests?
Btw I got a 8/12 on my ACT Writing.

Act + Subject tests, unless the college explicitly claims that they only use CR + MATH, your writing score is too low to send.

Send ONLY YOUR ACT + Subject tests to ALL OF THEM. I can’t stress that enough. Except for Cornell, which doesn’t consider writing at all.

I thought the same. I will probably confer with my guidance counselor for my final decision. Thanks guys!!!
