Binghampton Match
Stony Brook Match
Everything else Reach. It is for everyone

If I had that list with your stats I would be scared too. Ditto what kypdurron said and I would put NYU as a low reach for you but you need some more matches or safeties may too reach/ivy dominant. If you get that 31 on the ACT you should be in for NYU but it doesnt seem like you would be able to afford that and the rest would still be reaches.

Stony brook: close to safety
Binghamton: less than match but not a safety.
The rest: Reaches for mostly everyone

Columbia: reach

Harvard: reach

NYU: low reach

Binghamton: match

UPENN: reach

Brown: reach

Dartmouth: reach

Stony Brook: low match

Johns Hopkins: reach

All of those super elite schools (Harvard, Columbia, JHU) are always reaches though. Best of luck! Chance back?

kypdurron is exactly right. Except NYU is definitely more of a low reach, maybe even close to a match.
