I'm no expert, but I'll do my best to chance you back w/ the best of my ability! :)

Your GPA looks very solid and I’m guessing you had a rigorous schedule.
Your ECs seem a bit random. You might want to focus in on one particular one an elaborate on in an essay.

I’d say Rice and Emory a match if you boost your CR and Writing scores up to 700 each. With a little practice, I’m sure its possible. Emory is not all that hard to get into if you show your interest really well. They are really big into campus visits and stuff. (Your SAT score is actually really good for Alabama. I’m sure its 98%+ in the state)

The last five would be reaches, and I’d say you’d get into one (maybe two) and waitlisted on one or two.

Dartmouth and Cornell are big reaches.

You might want to consider some safety schools on your list. (UAB and Vandy would be good additions)

Rice - high match
Emory - match
WashU @ St. Louis - low reach
Columbia - reach
Northwestern - reach
Cornell - high reach
Dartmouth -high reach

Your test scores are pretty low for those last four schools. And as previously mentioned, your EC’s are very varied. Maybe focus on two-three for senior year and increase the scores if you have time. Good luck :)
