-Volunteering at a Special Needs Summer Camp (9-12), about 200 hours total
-Volunteering at other organizations (9-12), about 100 hours total
-CIT at an overnight summer camp (11-12)
-National Honor Society (11-12)
-Work at a retail store 15-20 hours/week (11-12)

I am looking at Duke (ED), Umich, Umass Amherst (in-state), UNC, UVA, University of Maryland, Mcgill, and Penn State

Your stats look good! Duke is a tossup as it is very competitive, but being top 5% of your class should definitely help you. Also, what type of high school do you attend/do you have legacy? These factors will influence all of your admissions. For the other universities, I think you have a great shot at getting in because they usually take people that are in the top 5% of their graduating class. Good luck with everything!

You have a good shot to those schools. A 34 or so will increase your chances. Also retake Math2 and BioM probably this time you will do better, that will give a little more weight to your app.
