UCLA (would love to go here)
WUSTL (or here)
Carnegie Mellon
Duke
Northwestern
Purdue
Rose-Hulman
Champaign

And can you suggest me some good colleges in medicine, how to give my application a final boost, and any other suggestions in general.

Thanks.

im in desperate need of some chances and suggestions

ahhhh pleasssee chance me! T_T

bummmpppage

should be in at purdue

is that my only match?

id have to say with that act score,

duke and northwestern are gonna be hard. and UCLA is gonna be ESPECIALLY hard due to your international status

I don't know how international status would affect things, but those stats for a domestic student (and a 30+ ACT) would be a match at Rose-Hulman.

bump bump bump

UCLA: reach

If you were in-state, it'd be a reach due to your GPA. As an international, it'll be even harder.

why does being an international make it harder for me to get in some of those schools?
is there anything i can do that will help me get into some of those schools?(UCLA,WUSTL,etc.)

Being anyone who doesn't live in California puts you at a disadvantage when applying to any of the UC's.

It's not a factor though when considering private universities such as WUSTL and Rose-Hulman. In fact being an international student will probably make you a little more attractive to them because they love to pad those diversity stats.

bumppppppp

Colleges only have a certain number of spots for international students, and thus the percentage of international applicants that they can accept are typically much, much lower than the percentages for domestics.

ugh. that sucks.
chance me to my schools pleeeeeeeeeeeeease

Bump bump ..

With current score/GPA/international, without considering anything else
UCLA (would love to go here)
Reject
WUSTL (or here)
Reject
Carnegie Mellon
Reject
Duke
Reject
Northwestern
Reject
Rose-Hulman
Don't know enough about this school
Champaign
Match, in most likely
Purdue
Match, in most likely

But you list Kansas as your location; If in state, in at Purdue, most likely in Champaign. Then big reach at the rest, not flatout reject.

bumpppppppp

ahhhh chanceeee meee pleaseee!

Do you need financial Aid?
