I WILL CHANCE BACK.

I can’t really chance you, being a freshman and not knowing enough. But I have to say- your extracurriculars are very focused (compared to others on CC). I would work on them a little bit more- perhaps try to get into the summer programs for math? Get and internship for engineering companies? Invent a new math formula?

The last one was a joke, but just get involved in more math-science related activities and you’ll be fine.

Rate my ecs? Thanks in advance.

Actually I’m a sophomore, lol.
The governor’s school is the only one I was allowed to go to because of my parents.
I’m actually trying to find a few internships, but it seems it’s rare.

Applying again to SAMS, then adding RSI and MITES next year.

Well, the HYP schools are not always certain so I can’t really give input on those but you seem to be doing well. Get your ACT score up a little to be very competitive and being an URM will definitely help you out. One question: What is your unweighted GPA?

about a 3.9 if I remember correctly. and because of all of my courses being weighted along with online APs being weighted, my GPA will probably be at an all time high.

If you keep your grades up as high as they are now, I can almost guarantee that Virginia Tech is a shoo-in for you. I would call it a safety.

Ok, because I’ve been in love with that place since I was about 9. But I’ve been in love with MIT since I was 6.

LOL I meant that I’m a freshman and don’t know enough, haha. I know you’re a sophomore, it states it pretty clearly in the title :)

oh lol. My apologies.

Grades kept up, slightly higher scores, you look golden.

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm let’s see. Black, IB Curriculum. You’re in any where. Without question. You could honestly write “**** (Insert HYPS MIT)” and still get in.
