Chance a very interesting App!?

I go to a very prestigious private high school in texas (it has a 15% student acceptance rate)
and the classes (even regular ones) are very difficult. However, my low grades starting off are because I put in low effort. My GPA is on a funky 12-point scale, so I'm going to list my classes and my grades. A star means an honors or AP class was offered but I didnt take it, an H means an honors class I took. Also, my school only gives year grades.

FRESHMAN YEAR
H Geometry: B-
* Spanish II: B-
Band: A
* Biology: C+
English: B
History: B-

SOPHOMORE YEAR
* Alg2: A
*Spanish III: B
Band: A
*Chemistry: B+
History: B-
English: B-

JUNIOR YEAR
H precal: A-
Band: A
English: B+
* Physics: A+
* History: A
* spanish IV: B

SENIOR YEAR SCHEDULE

AP calculus BC
AP stat
AP physics
Band
AP Literary analysis
AP econ
AP Biology
(and im pulling all A's this year so far)

As you can see, I have taken easy classes up until senior year, where im taking 6 AP's.

SAT: 2250 (Im retaking it but not expecting a big increase)

EC's:
Im not going to list them all, but they are about average, the main points being that ive published a paper in a medical journal and i have made all-regions and all-area on the french horn.

So, Im not going to list colleges, Im just going to ask, what kinds of colleges can I get into? How will colleges see my grade trends? What is possibly the highest ranked college I can get into?

Thanks.

…

I agree with qwerty43. You have to at least tell us some of your interests, a possible major, ANYTHING! You gpa would probably (not including your senior year because in most transcripts, senior year is nota added) be around 3.4 or 3.3 UW? Colleges would like the fact that your grades improved from freshman year (that shows motivation).And because I live in California, I would say UC Davis, UC Merced, UC Santa Barbara, some Cal states (for sure). I think the highest you would get into is maybe UC Irvine? But, remember, there are lots of other colleges out there- not only in California. Hope this helps! And please, chance me back?
