Schools:
UChicago (baseball), Wash. U (baseball), Washington and Lee (baseball), Rochester (baseball), Denison (baseball), Vanderbilt, Duke, BC, Colby, Colgate, Illinois (in-state), Indiana

Thanks!

i think Duke is just one of those schools that won’t accept you, they do those preliminary eliminations and sadly i think yours would be eliminated from at least duke because of GPA

^ I’ve never heard that about Duke, and in fact their admissions rep told me that there were no score/grade cut offs because they evaluate holistically, but I guess none of us can know for sure.

First, I’d like to congratulate you on stellar test scores. Those are very good, and with your hooks (baseball, URM) and ECs you should be at least competitive at most of the schools you listed. I’d say that Duke, WashU, UChicago, and Vandy are all reaches because of your GPA, and a couple others might be as well, but you have a good shot at the rest.

Very good chances, your application draws the attention away from your gpa :D

forgot a 760 US History and 800 Lit. do remember, when looking at my grades, that I’ve got an ld/adhd. thanks, guys!

bump? bumpity?

can some people respond!?

question:

What is a “surburban” Chicago Public School?

it’s a public school in the suburbs of chicago, not a CPS school in the suburbs!

You have a very cool EC list. Duke, Chicago, and Washu are high reaches though, though maybe your minority status will help. Vanderbilt is reach too. You have a solid chance at the other schools though.
