Chance an above average GPA and a below average SAT for top UCs?

So I've been reading these threads sporadically over the past few years, eager to compare my stats to other people's, and now that all of my scores are finalized, I decided to make my own thread for once. I've gained a decent amount of knowledge over my time on CC so I'd be happy to chance other people back.

Schools:

UC Berkeley
UC Los Angeles
UC Davis
Cal Poly SLO
Cal Poly Pomona

Stats:

-SAT I Score: 600 CR 590 M 610 W (1800)
-SAT II Score: 650 US History 560 Math II (thinking of not sending - should I?)
-UC GPA Unweighted: 3.85
-UC GPA Weighted and Capped: 4.25
-UC GPA Weighted and Uncapped: 4.35
-Class Rank: 40/857 (top 5%)
-AP Classes taken: AP English Language (4), AP Psychology (4), AP US History (3), AP Physics B (didn't take test - will this hurt me?)
-Senior Year Courses: AP Calculus BC, AP Statistics, AP English Literature, AP US Government/Honors Economics, Astronomy

ECs:

-Tennis - 4 years (Varsity for 3 years, very strong team, also played tournaments individually and was ranked in the top 10 for USTA Satellite in SoCal in 2011)
-FBLA - 2 years (very involved, advanced to state for a competition, officer for 1 year)
-JSA - 2 years (involved)
-Math Club - 2 years (took the AMC 12 but did not advance)
-CSF - 2 years
-Working as a Sales Associate in Retail (at least 2 months)
-Working as a paid Math Tutor (continuous throughout this year)
-Currently my Community Service is VERY minimal, I have about 10 hours, but I'm looking to get more throughout this year, so I'm thinking about putting down ~100 and racking it up over the next few months

Personal Info:

-Live in California
-White/Jewish, Male, Middle Class
-Attend a VERY large and VERY competitive high school
-Applying for Business or Economics, depending on the school
-Essays are looking to be very strong (working closely with my AP Lit teacher)

The Ap test you did should not essentially hurt you but can not help you at all either. Its a unwritten code that you take the class and as a return for the extra gpa credit, you take the ap test. Which is why Uc’s require your to submit all AP tests despite of the score.

UC Berkley - High Reach
UC LA - High Reach
Cal Poly - Low Reach
Cal poly ponoma - Reach

You would probably best be accepted in my opinion to either of the cal polys

It’s likely that you’ll get in to all of those schools.

UC Berkeley-low reach
UC Los Angeles-reach
UC Davis-high match
Cal Poly SLO-high match
Cal Poly Pomona- high match

I think if you were to improve your SAT scores you would have better chances at some of those schools.

feel free to chance me back: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1569000-chance-me-williams-calberkley-cornell-wesleyan.html?highlight=chance+williams</a></p>

UC Berkeley: reach
UC Los Angeles: reach
UC Davis: match
Cal Poly SLO: match
Cal Poly Pomona: low match/safety

my god, do any of the people above know ANYTHING about admissions to these schools. please disregard their chances, they are highly inaccurate…

UC Berkley and UCLA are bit of a reach because you need a higher gpa and sat score but I say the other three are definitely matches for you.
