Chance an American in Canada

I know OOS can be hard, but I'm in Canada, so will that help? Thanks!

White male
US citizen, formerly NC, but in New Brunswick, Canada since 1/2007

I'm a National Merit Semifinalist

My unweighted GPA is currently about a 3.5, weighted was 4.5 in NC, and I'm pulling it up this semester. Rank is not out till January, but they don't weight at my new school.

Current Classes (I'm taking as many AP as I can, but pickings are slim up here)
AP Psych
Poli Sci
Media Studies
AP World History
Sociology

I've started two clubs -- Philosophy in grade 11 and Ambassadors, a club to help out new students, in grade 12. Otherwise I'm on the school's Red Cross team, in the Int'l Student Assoc., Students Aware of the World, and several others.

I plan on majoring in anthropology.

SAT: Reading 760, Math 680, Writing 690 (Total 2130)
SATII: Taking Lit and W. Hist in December

Teacher Recommendations: Both really great
Counselor Recommendation: Should be nice

Shameless bump?
I just want to know if I've got a shot.

You should consider staying in Canada for school, its cheaper and close to home! With your AP classes and GPA it sounds like you would have no problem getting scholarships to Canadian schools!
