Chance an Australian African-American for top schools!

<p>I'm a year 12 student in Australia with a dual US citizenship (I'm African American)
female
tiny (11 in my grade) waldorf school. probably ranked 2
IB diploma- (no gpa in Australian schools) will probably score between a 37-41
ACT: based on practice tests I think around a 34 (35s or 36s on english, cr and science but lower math score)
SAT II: Chem, lit and french (I think 750+)
ECs- lots of leadership positions (my school didn't have any extracurriculars, not even a school council, so I founded several including that) dance (national champion), gymnastics up until year 10, Young UN Women Australia, theatre, foreign exchange in France for 3 months- a wide range
should be able to get great recs and I think I'm capable of writing great essays
