Astro- I'm not sure about how the international factor will affect you, but you look like you have a great chance to me.

Kirb- I wouldn't say that you're 'for-sure' in, especially because of the free online app and a couple other factors- I'm not sure how the applicant pool of this years compares to last years, but I think you definitely have a shot. I definitely know people now at BMC that probably looked similar to you on their apps (not sure about SATs, we don't talk about them, but a lot of my friends said that they didn't have strong ones). Just make sure your personal statement says a lot about you and your passion- just be honest. Same with the BMC supplement- think about it, and answer it honestly, and you should be fine. Maybe have an English teacher look over them?

does applying as EDII better my chances than applying as a regular applicant?

It shows that you're really interested in Bryn Mawr, which is a plus for your application, but only apply ED if you're REALLY REALLY sure about Bryn Mawr. And also take into consideration finaid/cost (BMC is 100% need met, so that makes it a little easier).
