<p>I've been trying to get competent feedback considering my application for good U.S. schools in German forums, but people seem to have a lack of knowledge so I hope that you guys could estimate my chances for the listed schools. </p>

I was born in Slovenia but grew up in Germany, so I hold double-citizenship
School: Prestigious private high school, ranked within Top 5 in the state
Gpa: In Germany the equivalent is called the Abitur, which is hard to transfer into the American System; should be around 3,95
Sat's: 2210
Subjects: World History (800), Math I (720), Literature (700) (Going to do them again in October)
TOEFL: Same thing </p>

->Head and initiator of a project named 'Drinking is not cool' against abuse of alcohol by minors under 16; honored by german mentor foundation with 2000 Euros
->Initiator of the 'Homeless-Day', where homeless people get the chance to come to our school to eat, get a medical check up and talk to psychologists
->Teamcaptain of the school's field hockey team, got at state finals twice
->President and founder of the school's own debating club
->Head boy of the school
->International experience due to a half year exchange to John Abbott College in Canada (I was 15 when I wen't to College)
->Participant in an 'almshouse-club' where we weekly visit older people to talk or play with them</p>

->Participated twice in a German Model UN which took place in former German Federal Assembly, award for best orator and rhetorician
->Founder of a company (Further information via private message) with 20 employees, annual income over 50000 Euros
->Played Field Hockey for 11 years
->Acting experience, played in various cinema advertisings
->Participated at the Junior Management School (1 year programme) , references for having an outstanding personality and outstanding knowledge
->Internship at a German bank

<p>MfG aus Deutschland. Ich finde nicht dass die Leute in Forums wenig wissen, musst vl nur die richtigen finden.</p>
<p>Your chances depend on whether you need financial aid. The need-blind colleges are the hardest ones to get into. If you can pay full freight you have better chances at the need-aware colleges.</p>
<p>How do you find time to sleep? I think you have a pretty good shot at the top schools. It’s true that anything can happen, but, everybody here knows you’re a strong candidate, especially given that your background compliments your intended studies.</p>
<p>Thank you for your honest feedback. I think it all depends on how well you’re able to manage your time. If you prioritize certain tasks within a period, you’re even able to sleep enough ;-)</p>

<p>HYP, Dartmouth, Columbia, Brown are nearly impossible to tell for! Swarthmore and Aamhert are kind of iffy, but the rest look good! Best of luck!</p>
