Chance an international student looking for financial aid.

Hello!

I am an applicant from India. I have taken a gap year and will be applying to Lehigh to the class of 2018 as a freshman. As I had said, I will be needing financial aid, around 90% or so. My stats are as follows-

a) SAT-1450/2150 (M-780, CR-670,W-700)- Retaking it in October later this year.
b) SAT II: Physics 790, Math II 800
c) AP- 5/5 in - Physics C: E & M, Physics B, Calculus BC, Chemistry, Computer Science A
d) Top 1% of my high school class.
e) Ranked in the top 1% of the GCSE and it's 12th grade indian equivalent.
f) Current gap year activities include- teaching underprivileged children math and science, teaching computer science through youtube lectures, improving the process of blood donation by making a virtual database of blood donors.
g) ECs- MUNs, National Cadet Corps, Science Club President, Reader's Club Director, intramural sports.

Please give me an honest opinion on my chances GIVEN the fact that I will be needing that much aid.

International students are limited in receiving financial aid and it is very dependent on where you apply. The schools that are need-blind are deluged with applications. There are only about 6 that will consider your app and they are very competitive.
You’re stats are okay, but if you apply to need-aware schools, this will be taken into consideration for your admission.
