<p>I wouldn’t say that, I’ll go with borderline. Your SAT score looks a little weak at first until you actually look at it, what’s good about it is that you sucked at the least important section. Both your math and writing scores are good and that will definitely help you. Your GPA is also looks like it’s on the low sides until someone looks at your weighted. Although Michigan really only cares about UW, the courseload counts as well. It’s clear with a 4.85 you challenged yourself. I can’t really tell from what you say about ECs how good it actually is and I’ll take your word that your essays and recs are good. I’ll say you’re a little borderline because you’re OOS. <p>My school weighs APs as 6 and honors as 5 on the weighted scale. I’m a captain of the debate team and president of our junior statesman of America club. I also coached a soccer team for two seasons.</p>
<p>Oh well that makes your W GPA less impressive. That also probably takes you down to like a 40/60 chance. Probably even less because you are OOS.</p>
