I need advice…

I know next to nothing about chancing transfers but someone told me there were only a few transfers last year

I dont know my chances among these few people…

transfer admissions are hard to predict, especially columbia with a ~5% transfer acceptance rate. it’s especially hard to give you a good chance because you don’t have a college GPA yet. for columbia you will probably need at least a 3.8. your highschool stats and SAT’s are decent. your schedule seems kind of light, but i suppose cal 3 and intermediate micro can be time consuming. your extracurricular activities are solid but nothing in particular stands out. im assuming you are applying as an economics major? econ majors are truly a dime a dozen for transfer admissions, so it will be very competitive. good luck psiovana

Thank you! I will be applying for applied math major. Econ is only my intended secondary major.
