Hi everyone, I am currently a junior and although I still have about 6 months, I really want to go to NYU and will probably apply ED for Tisch or CAS (film or biology).

I go to a highly competitive, medical oriented vocational high school (ranked around 70th in the country last year) and all my courses are honor level classes, but I will only get to take one AP class next year (AB Calc).

Asian/Pacific Islander; live in NJ
GPA: ~92.8% UW, or around 3.7
No class rank in my school as far as I know

SAT super score: 2270 (710 M, 760 CR, 800 W); will take it one more time to bring up math
Best SAT in a single sitting: 2240 (690 M, 760 CR, 800 W)
Did not take SAT II's yet, but expecting at least 700 in both Math 2 and Bio
Did not take ACT's

Sports:
Winter track (2 seasons so far, quit due to injury but will join again next year)
Spring track (1 season so far)
Boxing (1 year)

Extracurriculars:
Student Council Officer (2 years, 3 if elected next year) - planned and head of committees for all school events, including trips, dances, fundraisers, and proms
National Honor Society - member
Health Occupation Students of America - member and competitor
Make Some Noise Cancer Foundation - arranged fundraisers for school
Volunteer at Jersey Shore Chinese School - perform Chinese yo-yo, Lion and Dragon dance for various places, as well as teach children
Family studio - held various performances primarily for nursing homes and schools
Classical Piano (12 years) - studied under an NYU piano professor
Classical Guitar (4 years)
Art - Photography and Drawing - had multiple works displayed
Mentorship with an anesthesiologist - viewed various surgical procedures
Service hours: 200+

Other:
2014 HOSA PSA winner in state chapter - will compete in Nationals in a few months and hopefully place :)
NJ ACS State Champion - Chinese yo-yo 2009-2010 (this is middle school so probably won't mention this)
Will probably be a National Merit Commended Scholar based on my PSAT score

Also, my father is a professor at NYU and my brother goes there, if that could possible help me.

Thank you!
