I'm a Junior right now, and I'm wondering if I can get into Stanford or UPenn...

I'm not exactly sure about my GPA, but I think my unweighted is 3.6 and my weighted is 4.0+. I screwed up in 9th grade though, but I'm not sure if Stanford counts 9th grade as part of the GPA.

9th grade: H Bio, H Alg2 / H Trig, AP Human Geo
10th: H Chem, H Math Analysis/Calc A, AP World History
11th: AP Chem, AP Calc BC, AP Psychology
12th: AP Stats, AP Studio Art, AP English Lit, H Physics

All Honors classes.
AP's all 4's and 5's

I'm fluent in both Chinese and Italian - I don't know if that makes a difference.

SAT: 2190 (first time...)
SAT2 Subject: Math2 - 800
World History - 700
gonna take Chem next year.

Extracurriculars:
- Been attending well known community service organization since 9th grade.
10th grade: Public Relations VP
11th grade: Executive President
12th grade: Probably going to be president.
I do about 48 hours of community service each year, so by the end of 12th I'll have about 200+ hours.
- I play 2 Chinese instruments
Guzheng: I perform around the community a lot and in concerts, and I teach it from time to time.
Pipa: I started a couple months ago, but this coming summer I'm going to do the C/M for Lvl 7 out of 9 in San Fran. Certificate of Merit - kind of like the piano one.
- I intern for a Psychology professor at my local university as much as possible. Lead a project for him and presented it at a convention.
- Interned for a business in China for a month
- Earthwatch Internship program for a couple days over the summer.
- Leadership camp over the summer.
- Won numerous scholarships for essay writing.
... more coming up since I'm only a Junior...

My brother goes to UPenn, so I'm considered legacy.

I want to major in Psychology; do I have a chance?
