Chance for a Late Bloomer?

Alot of my highschool life, I goofed off, and did not do as well as expected. But I recently started cracking down, and have made significant improvements. I'm a junior, and my grades, after my initaiive to do well, are decent/ What are my chances for UC Berkley, Davis, and Cal Poly?

My Grades are as follows
Sophmore Year : S1: 3.0, s2:3.0
Junior Year: S1: 3.2, s2 : 4.0(as of third quarter).

I think I can maintain that 4.0 until the end of the semester. As a junior, I skipped ahead a year in math ,and computer sciences, and went into Ap Comp Sci, and Ap Calc.
I go to a private school, and I have been diagnosed with Adhd.

My Sat range is 2200+ though.
I also have 500+ service hours, and am an intern at an engineering museum.
I have a black belt, and have been on 2 or three teams at my school.

So what are my chances as of now? If I take around 5~6 Aps senior year, and score all A's, where does that put me?

Thanks in Advance :D

Desperate bump. :s

I don’t think it will be that bad, colleges do like seeing an upward trend so keep it going, your test scores are pretty good, your ecs seem okay-is it random community service or a few main ones? and does your school rank?

Chance me back please?
Lacking ecs?

My ec’s are base that the museum-where I got my internship. Also from cultural events that I have been apart of since I was born.
