Hi. I am planning on transferring to Brown as a Junior, and I was wondering if you guys could share some insight regarding my chance of admittance.

Current institution: Middlebury College

Major: Mathematics

Current GPA (after competing 1 year (2 semesters) of coursework): 3.93

and probably... after completing the third semester, I will likely have the same GPA.

Rigor of the courses taken: very rigorous (and took more courses than the normal load)

Summer activities (this summer): Took a summer course at Harvard, got an A. Volunteered at the local hospital, total hours volunteered: 200+ hours.

Activities (while at college): Teaching assistant (mathematics)

High school GPA: 4.0 (unweighted)

High school activities: Volunteered at the local nursing home, total hours volunteered: 200+ hours. Math club, NHS.

SAT/ACT: Not going to submit (as it wasn't required by my current institution, and it is not so by Brown as well)

SAT subject test scores: 800/800/790 (physics, math II, chem, respectively)

Letters of recommendation: will be very good.

6 AP tests (Stat, Chem, Phys B&C (mech+e&m), Calc BC) in all of which I got 5 except for one (Stat).

Thanks!
