Your ECs are spread apart – so I have a hard time figuring out what you want to major. Political science, biology, business/economics, premed?

NYU - Low Reach
Cornell - Reach
University of Michigan Ann Arbor - Low Reach
Penn State (In State) - Match
University of Pittsburgh (In State) - Match
Northwestern - Reach
Tufts - Low Reach
University of Rochester - High Match
Vassar - Low Reach
Wesleyan - Low Reach

Plan on doing a premed track since I’m going to take every science class my school offers by the end of senior year. Couldn’t really find any EC’s relating to science in my school though :[

Also plan on applying EA to Michigan and ED to HumEc at Cornell

NYU- High Match
Cornell- Reach/Low Reach
UMich- High Match
Penn State- Saftey
Pitt- Saftey
Northwestern- Reach
Tufts- Low Reach
Rochester- High Match
Wesleyan- High Match
Vassar- High Match

Your test scores are excellent and GPA is a little low for these schools but I am in the same situation. You ORM status takes away some but your act should get you in at most of these. ECs are decent, all together a strong applicant at most of these schools. Cornell might be a stretch but ED makes it less so. Keep up the hard work and good luck!

Chance back?
