Chance for Cornell,Williams,Middlebury, and Davidson (low sat, horrible ECs)

I am planning to attend community college but I will still apply for some colleges

SAT - C/M/W 630/750/670 (now aiming for 640/800/700~730)
SAT subject tests- BioM: 690 Chem:800 Math2:790
ECs - math team(senior)/ School newspaper(senior) ㅠㅠ
GPA - 3.95
9th - 4.0 or higher(mostly ESL classes)
10th - appx 3.5 (no ESL class)
11th - higher than 4.0
12th - (transferred high school)
(It is very easy to get high GPA in my former and current HS's)
AP classes - Bio(4), Chem(5), Stats(4)
And assume that I get extraordinary recommendations and write an exceptional college essay.

Is there any chance that I get accepted at any of these schools?

You can always try U Toronto, McGill which could be safeties - provided one picks the right major beforehand, and you can afford either one, given your major.

But these four are reaches (Williams is a high reach)

Maybe try Trinity instead of Williams? It does have a better acceptance rate. Lawrence University is a very nice bet, as well as Wooster, Willamette, or Beloit.
